Sacrificial Chamber Thumbnail 8

This concept thumbnail takes a actual perspective created in Maya and overlays the detailing and colour scheme I will be aiming for in my final model. Any constructive feedback on this particular method would be greatly appreciated!

  1. This is method many student use when trying to get the gist of their spaces. If you've got a blocked out model, I'd suggest using it to try out some more dramatic perspectives maybe? Also - you might want to consider framing your scene a bit more dramatically with foreground elements - as if we're looking through an archway at the scene or through some kind of opening - something to close it in a bit more and give a sense of the outlying world? I'd also consider developing the alter a bit more as a designed object - I know it's meant to be black and monolithic, but carvings, sculptural elements, detailing?
